Thespian is the name given to a high school theatre students. It comes from the name Thespis, who is considered to be the first professional actor, but Thespians do much more than just act.

Theatre in our schools month is a month that celebrates the benefits of theatre.
Community
The Stagehawks are a proud part of the Silverado High School Community. Every year the theatre works with performing and visual arts to produce plays and musicals that showcase a variety of skills.
We also are a proud part of the 89123 zip code and the surrounding areas. We support our fellow Thespian Troupes at Coronado, Del Sol, Green Valley, Liberty High Schools and all Thespian Troupes in the Clark County area.
